• Led Business Practice: Co-led Mastercard's Business Intelligence practice, a 200+ person cross-functional organization.

• Created New Function: Developed Customer Success process and recruited team members to better create customer value and drive license renewals.

• Led Industry Vertical: Led the private equity practice which performed due diligence analytics on $1B+ acquisitions. Sold several projects, led team to deliver project, and presented to MDs. Won Mastercard Advisors North America Project of Year in 2021.

• Led Industry Vertical: Co-led the private equity practice expanding from 1 client (KKR, previous owner of APT) to 10 clients.

• Drove renewals and cross-sales: Delivered value and navigated renewals supporting over $6M in annual recurring revenue. Expanded relationships by selling in additional offerings and geographies.

• Built Organization: Interviewed 100+ candidates, delivered offers to dozens, and developed and presented training courses.  As a people leader, advised careers, wrote performance reviews, and coached performance.
