Focus on growing the channel and associated revenue for Fibernetics/NEWT Business services. Operated and improved the partner program, including a new tier program that incented partners and provided benefits for regular achievement of target sales. Channel partner advocate reporting to the President and CEO.
•	Acquired new qualified partners and terminated non-performing or non-certified partners. 
•	Oversaw the monthly & quarterly management of partner business including forecasting, opportunity management and helped partners with sales quotes and customer meetings. 
•	Educated partners on product, partner program and partner program processes

Director Channel Sales

Managed the business voice and data portfolio for Fibernetics/NEWT. Re-Launched the PBX product in 2010 and bringing several new products to market including PRI, SDWAN, and new PBX features/hardware platforms. Also headed the QA, testing and training/Installation teams. My team supported sales with technical and product assistance.
•	Oversaw product roadmap & lifecycle, including new product/feature development and introduction, monitoring growth of the portfolio and strategically steering the business during the maturity and decline phase.
•	Increased product awareness, end user satisfaction and engagement by launching a weekly training webinar program, and training videos and video content for the website for partners, and customers.
•	Accountable for the pricing model, price changes, cost analysis and business plan for new products. Conducted research and analysis to ensure competitive pricing for the business product suite.

Grew Sales by providing effective wireline and wireless business solutions to customers through innovative and strategic planning, superior customer service and prospecting.
•	Achieved 110% of territory quota within 12 months. Consistently exceeded targets and landed key new accounts including City of Waterloo and Waterloo Regional Police Services. 
•	Conducted meetings, presented proposals, managed funnel/forecasts, selected and participated in strategic regional events to support territory growth plans and verticals.
