As a start-up, and the only marketing employee I cover a wide range of disciplines with marketing.

1. Proactively analysed customer journey for high-intent users, streamlining it through A/B testing and feedback loops. Prioritized tickets and worked with developers for implementation.

2. Re-vamped company visual identity for modernity and consistency. Identified assets to be changed, wrote briefs for designers, and selected mock-ups for the best brand fit.

3. Set up automation for streamlined processes and new customer interactions. Implemented email automation, internal feedback system, and user-based action notifications. Trained and educated staff on new processes.

4. Designed SEO-centric website template, increasing web traffic to the main page by 35%. Learned SEO optimization and used tools like Search Console, GA4, AhRefs, and SEMrush.

5. Conducted independent market research to identify customer personas and develop a marketing strategy for a startup with limited resources.

6. Executed a communication plan for nurtured leads, resulting in increased repeat purchases and commitments from 5 companies.

7. Spearheaded 4 detailed process flow charts using online software for various departments. Presented cost-benefit analysis to the CEO and COO.

8. Co-organized and marketed a physical event with a major Welsh university. Managed crisis situations and ensured event success.

9. Grew the company's LinkedIn page organically from 160 to 2,000+ followers, generating 1.2M impressions in a year by generating original content. 

10. Conducted software fit assessments independently, presenting requirements to the CEO and CTO, and supporting implementation and training.

11. Conducted in-depth UAT for new releases regularly, suggesting practical changes based on user experience.

12. Actively managed the website blog, posting original content and news, adhering to best practices for language choices, backlinks, and metadata.
