I began my career as an automotive light duty apprentice at North City Holden, where I later worked as a qualified Tradesman. My journey continued with promotions to Service Advisor and then Service Manager at Duncan Nissan. I further advanced to Service Manager at Northside Nissan, a larger dealership. I was honoured to serve as a Director for the Motor Industry Training Association (MITA) for four years, contributing to the development of a state-of-the-art facility in Joondalup. Additionally, I was elected to the Motor Traders Association ARD, where I provided input on matters affecting the Automotive Repairers Division for three years. My career progressed with a promotion to Service Manager at North City Holden, followed by a transfer to Northside Nissan to support the launch of a new dealership accredited for GTR and Leaf vehicles. In January 2018, I joined Osborne Park Mazda’s new dealership as their Service Manager. In April 2019, I transitioned to the role of WA Fixed Operations GM at Eagers Automotive, overseeing 27 Service and Parts operations. By November 2021, I was appointed Dealer Principal at Lynford Motors in Osborne Park, and in November 2024, I moved to Osborne Park Mazda as Dealer Principal. With 37 years of experience at Automotive Holdings Group and now Eagers Automotive, I am committed to their vision, staff development, and growth opportunities in the automotive industry.
