SASR (Set and Service Resources) is a nation-wide staffing company that leverages its proprietary staffing platform, Hireflex, and other applicable technology, to provide local retail and merchandising temporary and long-term staffing to major national retail clients in all 50 states. The Recruitment Marketing Manager is responsible for driving fill rate and placements utilizing traditional recruiting methodologies as well as innovative and aggressive out-of-the-box strategies. Leads talent sourcing team and ensures that the candidate pipeline is adequate to meet the needs and requirements of SASR’s clients as well as future growth. The Recruitment Marketing Manager is also responsible for leading the effort to improve the candidate experience and overall engagement with the SASR brand and conversion from candidate to SASR Field Employee.

Recruitment Marketing Manager

• Manage, respond to and resolve incoming employee requests and escalations from subordinates through providing excellent customer service to external field employees maximizing fill rates and reflecting positively on SASR brand 
• Respond to employee inquiries and issues in line with SASR core values in an efficient, timely manner, coordinate with Payroll, HR, Engineering, Recruiting and other departments to create a resolution plan
• Provide accurate documentation of issues with Hireflex, Zendesk, and other HR tools to support future external employee interactions with internal SASR staff and to improve data for tracking and understanding trends
• Resolve bottlenecks in the new hire training, orientation and onboarding process and the full rep life cycle
• Collaborate with all departments to optimize the process for maximum efficiency

Field Support Specialist - Team Lead

• Provide excellent customer service to reps to maximize fill rates and reflect positively on SaSR brand 
• Respond to rep inquiries and issues in line with SaSR core values and in an efficient, timely manner
