== Key Outcomes ==
- Transitioned the Operations team into adopting a Kanban framework, allowing them to work in a complex, adaptive environment
- Created the operating model for a future-state Value Stream implementation, ensuring all necessary value-adds from strategy to execution were accounted for
- Established the runway for Digital Products' first Big Room Planning session in nearly a year
- Ran several capability uplift workshops for the Business Analyst chapter within Digital Products, helping them understand the role of the Business Analyst in an agile environment

Worked with the CX/DX program to help transform their workstreams and digitise their project roadmaps.

== Key Outcomes ==
- Evolve their existing delivery framework to include an enterprise-wide quarterly cadence, along with critical ceremonies and events to help initiative owners track the progress of work and make critical go/no-go decisions
- Build the runway to implement a Big Room Planning cycle that is futureproofed for CX/DX delivery teams as the portfolio continues to scale
- Help digitise the roadmaps of various initiative owners to align them to the new ways of working, and ensure value increments are captured at every level
- Help connect strategy to implementation by capturing and tracking strategic themes and initiatives through Jira
- Review and aligned their existing delivery framework to a more agile tribe-oriented approach
- Provide and implement recommendations to improve flow of value by establishing a scaled hierarchy of workflows within Jira

Consulted as a Program Agile Coach for various clients across Singapore and Australia, helping clients transform their project plans into dynamic agile roadmaps that are prioritised, decomposed and delivered using best scaled agile practices.

Worked across the Merchandise and eCommerce portfolios within Coles to establish an agile program of work using a scaled agile approach.

== Key Outcomes ==
- Launched 3 tribes with new agile Ways of Working
- Co-created an evolved quarterly planning cadence that included external dependency management in a virtual-first setting
- Identified key bottlenecks and constraints in the system of work using Value Stream Mapping analysis
- Facilitated Roles and Responsibilities workshops across the tribes using Systems Thinking techniques
- Assisted in the mapping and evolution of the existing Discovery process to adapt to the new operating rhythm

Program Agile Coach (through EPiC Agile)

Brought in as a senior Agile Coach to assist a cohort of Product Managers and Product Owners in building a pipeline of initatives in an environment with several competing priorities.

== Key Outcomes ==
- Implemented a scaled prioritisation method to assist Product Managers in quantifying value and effort
- Ran multiple quarterly planning events to create a stack-ranked list of prioritised initiatives
- Assisted in the creation of initiative roadmaps for Product Managers using Advanced Roadmaps for Jira

Enterprise Agile Coach (through EPiC Agile)

National Australia Bank

Provided leadership coaching to senior members of delivery teams throughout a domain transformation program, influencing Program Managers, Product Owners and Scrum Masters across multiple programs of work. With a heavy focus on scaled change and facilitation at the portfolio level, my accomplishments to date are as follows:

== Key Outcomes ==
- Facilitated NAB's Integrated Quarterly Planning (IQP) events, which effectively establishes a committed roadmap for the bank's most in-demand service teams. Around 2-300 features are up for consideration with a focus on complex dependency management between multiple streams of work.
- Assisted multiple programs with Initiative and Feature-level decomposition using agile techniques (e.g. story mapping) to identify ways to incrementally deliver customer value
- Established new service teams and helped train them in NWOW principles and Scrum / Kanban techniques
- Ran several in-person and remote webinar workshops on common agile topics such as feature decomposition, flow of work and estimation techniques
- Helped improve Remote Working practices across multiple programs by creating templates for common agile ceremonies during the COVID period
- Assisted the Jira and Clarity team in automating their portfolio management tools by writing scripts to help sync up thousands of issues.

Enterpise Agile Coach

Undertook an agile coaching role at ANZ, focussing on systemic change and uplifting the agile maturity of 20+ squads within the Cloud Platform and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) domains. In addition to this role I was also actively involved in enterprise-wide programs focussed on scaled agile metrics and increasing psychological safety within domains.

== Key Outcomes ==
• Created a scaled, customisable Agile delivery framework that was accepted and implemented across the Technology division through the 70+ coaching COE
• Helped coordinate over a dozen PI planning events for both SAFe and hybrid Kanban support teams
• Utilised existing Jira data to highlight key pain points and opportunities for improvement programs that was met with positive acclaim
