- Manage multiple facets of the Customer Success lifecycle, from post sales to escalations, all while ensuring multiple teams are equipped for success.
- Work cross-functionally with department heads and C-Suite to draft and refine internal process to make sure Customer Success is operating at the highest efficiency level.
-Triage and manage all client escalations, loop in the appropriate teams to both create and immediate fix to the problem, while investigating the broader root cause.

Program Manager

- Help build and improve the operational process of client escalation, with a focus on capturing data from client feedback and other data points to vastly improve the client experience, and create operational efficiencies internally.
- Own operations for the Success organization and build efficient, effective, productive, and scalable operational workflows and programs.
- Accomplish operational feats by adding intelligence, standardization, and automation to Success systems (tools and data), process, people, and product.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to ensure clients' needs and wants are exceeded while strengthening the internal working relationship and overall process front-to-end.

Customer Success Operations Manager - Client Retention

- Lead and collaborate on internal projects to drive change and create efficiencies within Deel's operational functions to further improve the client experience.
- Develop relationships with clients through consultative analysis and offer solutions to small and large-scale problems with Deel's product offerings.
- Always exploring new and innovative ways to add value to both clients and Deel by working with internal stakeholders to stay on top of industry best practices, and find ways to differentiate from competitors.

Customer Success Manager (Mid-Market)

- Constantly improve upon operational processes through quantitative research, both from a financial and operating efficiencies perspective.
- Service technical and financial queries from some of the largest Travel and FinTech companies in the world, while providing detailed recommendations on how to maximize WEX’s vast network of product offerings.
- Effectively collaborate with multiple teams to ensure top Fortune 500 companies under management are receiving the best rates, products, and service, going above and beyond to understand each client's business and needs, ensuring they surpass their short and long-term goals.
