Content Producer

• Co-ordinating digital asset delivery internally and liaising with high profile entertainment franchises (Disney, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, James Bond 007)
• Social media campaign management including creative ideas and copywriting, co-ordinating and monitoring digital asset delivery and on-set production 
• Digital asset creation and editing for distribution across global channels

• Develop robust social media campaigns that align with overall marketing plans from announcement through to concert day, managing and analysing campaign wide budgets and activities 
• Lead on graphic design/video content for all concerts, from poster artwork through to on-site signage and live social media coverage and photography during events

• Manage research projects and review tasks for Digital Marketing Assistant to ensure the most relevant and targeted channels are in use for each campaign, providing artist and audience demographics for presentation to management 
• Oversee SEO projects conducted by Digital Marketing Assistant – key word research and web statistics reporting 
• Lead on creation of engaging content and usability of LHG website and relating websites (concert venues/ticket agents/festival portals). Updates on functionality improvements for all platforms
• Create a monthly schedule of e-shots that align with overall campaign strategy 
• Drive the acquisition of data in order to build the LHG database across all platforms ensuring compliance of all digital communications with GDPR regulations whilst engaging relevant audiences with most suitable content
• Oversee and construct weekly analytical reports on digital marketing performances

Digital Marketing Executive

• Creation and production of a range of marketing campaigns spanning across the company website, mailshots, marketing collateral materials and social media. Mainly but not limited to the form of video, graphics, brochures and splash screens
• Managing and updating the company website (Wordpress)

During consultancy with De-TURF fitness, operations focuses around market penetration and market development. Consultancy looked to provide a substantial boost in online presence and brand awareness through market analysis, the creation of a professional website, leveraging low cost social media programmes and the creation of realistic key performance indicators, in order to regularly monitor and evaluate performance. All findings and strategies were presented in a conference format to the business founder and representatives from Leeds Beckett University.

Worked in retail marketing for Deeset at the ‘Nutmeg’ clothing range. Duties included stock counting, general office administration through to stock arrangement and visual merchandising.

Retail Marketing Coordinator

Currently working with clients across sports, events, entertainment and beyond - my experience is ever-evolving as a creative content producer with a thirst for knowledge. 

I constantly see marketing teams and founders facing the same problem 

"We know what we want, we just don't have the skills in-house to bring it to life"

Two issues 

- They lack the knowledge of which tools would be best to make their concepts a reality 

- They don't have the internal skillset to shoot/produce the quality of content they'd like 

The solution for us freelancers? 

Offer as much value on an introductory call as possible 

- Tell them how you'd attack their problem with a small budget and their internal resource 

- Point them in the direction of useful software 

- Offer to spend a day coaching their intern and providing value in a way that's not directly paying for your service 

Sure, it's great to secure a new client! 

But it's not always the best solution for them or their business 

Given the choice of securing short term cash flow, or sticking with my gut and offering the 'best' advice in practice that I can 

I know which side I'd choose every single time 

Providing as much value and knowledge upfront (without strings attached) has done way more good than bad for my business 

Even if it means skipping on a pay day every so often

In typical “tell me you’re a graphic designer without telling me” fashion I’ve designed tees for this weekends golf trip to Abersoch
