Member of the leadership team and heading the sales, customer success and marketing teams (18 FTE). Started with customer support, took over sales leadership from founders (2018), set-up and built marketing team (2020) and set-up and built customer success team (2021). 

Together with the teams we’ve been successful in scaling our organization from a start-up, to a scale-up to be embedded in the corporate organization from Wolters Kluwer. Without losing our focus to deliver value to our customers throughout the whole customer journey.

Responsible for a client portfolio of ca. 90 clients with an annual turnover between EUR 5-25 mio.
