Dipanjan Chatterjee is a Vice President and Principal Analyst at Forrester, where he leads the brand experience practice and has deep expertise in consumer behavior, brand and marketing, customer experiences, and digital strategies. He has appeared on BBC, CNN, and NPR and has been quoted in media outlets like Business Week, Financial Times, Guardian, New York Times, and Vogue. His speaking appearances include SXSW, Mobile World Congress, and Harvard Business Review Forums, and he has written for publications like the MIT Sloan Review, AdAge, and Adweek. Dipanjan lectures at various academic institutions like Cambridge University in the UK and currently serves as a Fellow and Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati. Before joining Forrester, Dipanjan held senior leadership roles at VMLY&R, FedEx/Kinko’s, and a Berkshire Hathaway portfolio company. Earlier in his career, he worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and a strategy consultant at Booz & Company. Dipanjan received his BA in economics, magna cum laude, from Amherst College, where he was nominated Phi Beta Kappa, and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
