Steve Jobs was brilliant, yes, yet he did struggle to manage his anger at times. I too struggled with managing my anger until NAAP helped me reprogram my brain so I no longer react how I used to. For 28 years, I lived with a Gollum-like ogre 👹 inside me that I could not tame for the life of me. My behavior manifested to family in ways that they thought I was easily “set off” and my behavior even scared my ex-wife to file for divorce against me in 2022. I still give myself allowance for mistakes, Injust live freer understanding that when I make mistakes, I can course correct very quickly.
