Kimberly Yee for Governor

•	Oversee and coordinate campaign efforts with endorsers, volunteers, and staff. 
•	Coordinate, define and implement political strategy & messaging. 
•	Represent the campaign in media. 
•	Work with various elected officials across the state. 
•	Coordinate and execute fundraising efforts. 
•	Manage campaign budget. 
•	Build relationships with coalitions, grassroots organizations, and supporters.

•	Secure endorsements from over 75 elected officials across the state of Arizona. 
•	Coordinate volunteer drives to secure petition signatures to obtain ballot access.

Campaign Manager

America Rising Corporation

•	Monitor news and social media platforms for information used to build calendar of opposition events. 
•	Film and analyze candidate remarks at public events. 
•	Actively conduct field research. 
•	Assisting in the maintenance of America Rising’s digital video archive.

Research/ Field Associate

Martha McSally for United States Senate

•	Manage and lead campaign efforts to help elect U.S. Senator Martha McSally.
•	Oversee campaign field staff, meet with various Republican groups and organizations including to build strong relationships, and manage fieldwork.
•	Supervise and provide leadership to a team of 7 door knockers, phone callers, and volunteers.
•	Work closely with Volunteer Coordinators to ensure that appropriate resources for phone banks are in place.
•	Meet with new organizations and potential surrogates and work with political leaders to earn their endorsements.
•	Partner with organizations to bring the Senator to their meetings. 
•	Collaborate extensively with the Campaign Manager, Political Director, Communications team, Regional Field Directors, Volunteer Coordinators, and peer Regional Political Directors.
•	Build talking points for meetings for surrogates to present. 

Key Accomplishments

•	Winning the 2020 Arizona Republican Primary 
•	Helped build the County Co-Chairs Endorsement List, working with more than 30 elected individuals in 15 counties to give their endorsement to Senator McSally. 
•     Organized and coordinated successful events for the Senator throughout the state. 
•	Organized successful field canvassing efforts and phone banks.

Regional Political Director

City of Surprise

•	Maintained the Mayor’s and Council’s budgets. 
•	Worked closely with external Presidents of HOAs to schedule attendance of Council members and with State of Arizona and Maricopa County officials to relay concerns facing members and to resolve issues.
•	Created the Mayor’s and Councils’ monthly newsletters.
•      Manage Mayor and Council's social media platforms

Council Assistant 

U.S. House of Representatives

• Represented the Congresswoman at various outreach events, prepared weekly memos for senior staff and the Congresswoman, and built relationships between inter-governmental staff, state legislatures, and city Councils.Composed weekly legislative reports of events and presented any specific questions and “asks” from the group.
• Met with different groups and gave legislative reports on what the Congresswoman was doing on behalf of her constituents.
• Worked with government entities to resolve constituents’ issues.
• Prepared correspondence on behalf of the Congresswoman and sent out as needed.
• Analyzed legislation and the impacts it would have on the residents of the 8th Congressional district.

Key Accomplishments

• Key member of the team that helped win reelection for the Congresswoman in November 2018.
• Successfully oversaw the Congressional App Challenge, which brought STEM students from the West Valley to bring their best ideas on creating a successful application.
• Built key relationships between non-political organizations and the Congresswoman.

Outreach Coordinator

United States Senate

•	Met with local stakeholders, religious leaders, and city officials in Maricopa County.
•	Wrote daily correspondence on behalf of the Senator and assisted constituents on issues they were having with federal agencies.
•	Worked daily to build the Senator’s coalition list with businesses, religious leaders, and stakeholders.
•	Provided detailed legislative analysis and briefed the Senator on current events within the region.
•	Wrote and sent out daily reports of all outreach staff to the Senator on events that were attended by staff.

Key Accomplishments

•	Successfully garnered support for the Senator among organizations. 
•	Successfully ran meetings with stakeholders for the Senator.

Regional Outreach Coordinator / Constituent Services Representative - Senator Jeff Flake

•	Assisted constituents with federal casework and assisted the Senator with town hall meetings.
•	Routed phone calls and mail to the corresponding staff members in the Phoenix, Prescott, and Washington D.C. offices.
•	Assisted other staff members with ad hoc projects, conducted research, and attended congressional meetings. 

Key Accomplishment

•	Named the Top Intern for Senator McCain’s office in 2016.

Constituent Service Representative / Intern - Senator John McCain

Brandon Hiller, born and raised in Arizona, is a veteran political strategist. Graduating from the University of Arizona in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in history. Brandon’s career started by interning with U.S. Senator and 2008 Presidential nominee, John McCain in 2016. Between 2017-2019, he worked in Community Outreach for members of the United States Senate and United States House of Representatives. He also served as a Council Aide to the Mayor and Council in Surprise, AZ.

In 2020, he started working in the campaign arena working for United States Senator Martha McSally as a Regional Political Director then he went on to manage Arizona State Treasurer Kimberly Yee's Gubernatorial race. He also served on the campaigns of Karrin Taylor Robson of Arizona and Mark Ronchetti of New Mexico as their Political Director. From his experience on these campaign’s, he gained knowledge on strategy and leadership that he now applies to his current position as the Chief of Staff to Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.
