I package a complex product (health insurance) into a series of simple experiences.

To do this, I work on technical and highly regulated systems alongside designers, engineers, researchers and users.

I'm fully integrated into an AB testing team, so every content change I deliver is measured, analysed and proven as a success or failure. I love mixing qual and quant research to build a complete picture of what users need - and then giving it to them.

I handled Content Design work across the HBF Website, App, and Member Portal.

I was also responsible for content management during HBF’s full-website and full-stack Digital Transformation.

- Design content and UX copy that made our digital channels easy to use.
