I engaged in high-level conversations with various positions within companies about their business, their training issues, and their operations.

* Participated in cold calling, cold drops, mailing, and handwritten letters to generate business.
* Experience creating Master Service Agreements(MSA) for prospective clients.

Account Manager & Business Development

* Establishes and maintains relationships with top level talent, having end-to-end responsibility of recruitment of professionals from initial contact to post-placement
* Sources resumes utilizing a variety of resources such as; internal database, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Google, etc.
* Conducts telephone and in-person interviews to ensure candidates are qualified for positions before referring to hiring manager
* Utilizes applicant tracking system and CRM's (Bullhorn, Send outs) to manage network of candidates and open requirements
* Manages the on-boarding process of new candidates which includes scheduling interviews, preparing pre-employment applications, creating offer letters, processing I-9 requirements, and administering drug/background checks
* Negotiates rates and salaries with potential candidates
* Assists payroll with ensuring timecards are accurate; resolves timecard issues and discrepancies
* Informs newly hired employees of available benefits programs
* Builds network of candidates to call on for referrals and future opportunities
