In 2014 content was polished, safe and went through the PR machine to be perfect. It worked then. But, that doesn't work in 2025. People like our buyers are looking for leaders who lead, inspire, share real life experiences and are not afraid of raw and real insights into their business and their life. This type of content build networks, reputation and big awareness of the business. Personal branding is a bad term. What we need to do is grow reputation and network. The more people know leaders, the more people know your business. That is what works in 2025. That is what will work for the foreseeable future. It's hard, I get it. But, so is growing companies for years to only watch growth stall and competitors win more deals than our teams win. That's painful. Especially after we have spent so many years to be excellent.
