Lead Fredericton Mitsubishi to grow it’s market share above Mitsubishi Canada’s and continued to increase the profitability of the F&I department through pre-selling F&I products, and focusing on a strong sales process.

Recruited to run the Financial Services department during a reorganization of the dealership. Streamlined the turnover process from sales to F&I and helped increase the performance and profitability of the F&I department. Created consistent processes for the F&I office to operate with, helping to eliminate funding delays, improve CSI, and expedite rebate claims.
