I have prepared and led the implementation of a new transversal data quality tool capable of covering 100% of the business data quality needs while saving 10% in operating costs and £170k in implementation costs 

In my previous project, I stepped in and delivered road to green after taking up the project 6 months behind schedule. Handed over internally with clear roles and responsibilities and an updated project plan. 

I successfully navigated a complex network to ensure constant stakeholder engagement and facilitate adequate levels of business support.  

To enable data-driven insights, I supported the implementation of multiple data tools 

I contributed to the implementation of the data strategy by building a robust data management and governance framework.

University of Cambridge

As a seasoned project manager, I leveraged my strategic planning, innovative thinking, and knowledge development skills to successfully lead and contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive grant application proposal valued at approximately £10 million. The project involved navigating both external grant deadlines and internal University timelines, demanding meticulous planning and coordination

Ministry of National Defence - Romania

I provided military advice for implementing Romania's strategic goals by identifying avenues to expand and consolidate defence cooperation with the main strategic partners.
I drafted, lobbied for and implemented projects to demonstrate Romania's ability to project security and promote a safe and secure environment through international military cooperation using national, EU and NATO funding
I have led and/or contributed to mentor and advise missions in Georgia, R. Moldova and Ukraine, bilateral staff talks and international communities of practice to exchange experiences.
I have contributed to the main defence planning documents in the field of international military cooperation (military strategy, strategic defence review, national defence strategy)

Project Officer for Strategic Partnerships

NATO

I was the lead analyst for monitoring Russia’s threat activities against Eastern Europe, tracking geopolitical developments in the Black Sea Region to assess their impact on NATO’s security.
I used critical thinking to formulate an understanding of the situation and to inform the decision-making process of NATO’s top military commanders
I have routinely briefed high-level military and civilian leadership
Participated as a briefer in several Community of Interest conferences to exchange ideas, update on the latest developments and develop a network of subject matter experts
Used my extensive knowledge of structured analytical techniques to instruct and then later guide my peers to better understand and refine these approaches to fulfil key customer requirements

Intelligence Analyst

NATO Force Integration Unit Romania

Our role was to assist incoming NATO forces in the process of reception, staging, onward movement and integration with national forces in the build-up from crisis to conflict, by providing local understanding and situational awareness. 
We helped foster collaboration between national forces and the NATO High Readiness Forces in times of military-political crises.
Provide broad planning support to facilitate the rapid deployment of Allied forces to the Eastern part of the Alliance and support collective defence planning. Work with host nation authorities to identify logistical networks, transportation routes and supporting infrastructure.
Evaluate, at appropriate intervals, the current and future requirements of my current work role, taking account of the vision and objectives of the organisation.  Seek opportunities to challenge and improve the role of the organisation’s Intel branch in the wider NATO intelligence framework. 
In this capacity, I worked with multiple government agencies to develop and adapt the national legislation for incoming international personnel assigned to the NATO HQ’s hosted by Romania.

▪	Conduct assessments for potential future projects that will assist the local communities within the military force’s area of responsibility, while primarily advancing the mission objectives.
▪	Contribute to a comprehensive political, civilian, and military approach to effectively manage today’s complex crises (to include humanitarian, ecological, environmental crises).
▪	Achieving acceptable and sustainable solutions through the merger of civilian and military capabilities.
▪	Thinking focused on outcomes, ensuring that all actors work towards a common goal (or outcome) and ideally, mutually agreed objectives underpinned, in the absence of unity of effort, by harmonization of effort.
▪	Promote the importance of shared understanding through cooperative working, liaison and education.

Civil-military Cooperation, Assessment Team Leader

Leading change in an accelerating world doesn’t come with a clear set of step-by-step instructions. 
Instead, it’s about mindset, values, and alignment. 
The only constant is change. This is scary for a lot of people. But I think it can be fun and stimulating when you approach it with the right attitude.

As a seasoned project manager, I am leveraging my critical thinking, agile mindset, stakeholder engagement and communication skills to successfully lead and contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive data management and governance framework as part of our data strategy.

I love what I do because I support my team to do better work, and -most important- find more meaning and joy in what we do.
