Spearheaded all strategic direction in these verticals from a corporate level and managed on-property execution from concept-to-profit.

Divisional responsibilities included the leadership of 6 individual departments consisting of 80 team members: Advertising, Creative & Brand, Digital & Online, Public Relations, Promotions & Events and Strategic Alliances. 

Charged with brand launch and the implementation of all integrated marketing and communication strategies to ensure organizational strategic positioning in the Asian Pacific and Southeast Asia regions via thorough competitive analysis and market segmentation. 

Tasked with creating the first year, 8-figure operational budget and responsible to ensure its rollout achieved maximum reach in both local and international markets. Optimize all Above and Below The Line spending by developing focused targets and quantitative benchmarks to measure brand awareness, recall, impressions and ultimately conversions and ROI.
