As someone who left a 30 year career in financial services to pursue my dream of helping people like you, I know how it feels to start, grow and run a business. Before making the leap to do my own thing, I worked across a whole host of departments like marketing, product development, research, and strategic planning. I know how all of these areas overlap to create the bigger picture, and I help the people I mentor by bringing that big picture perspective before we chart the details of the next step. So far I’ve worked with over 60 clients, with businesses of all shapes and sizes, and I’ve loved using my experience of overcoming barriers in business to help passionate people piece together their roadmap to success. You know that feeling, when everything clicks and you can see the bigger picture for what it really is? I love seeing my clients experience that moment. I’m fascinated by mindsets, how they work, and how they affect us in business. It’s something I’ve come across in all of my studies and qualifications. All the way from the Degree in Psychology and Masters in Business Administration, right up to my ILM7 in Business Mentoring and Executive coaching. But I don’t use what I’ve learnt to impose a single, off-the-shelf answer to your problems. I’m your sounding board, there to guide you towards the solutions that fit you and your business.
