In my role, I serve as the linchpin connecting Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams, facilitating seamless communication, and ensuring our collective efforts align with our strategic goals. Moreover, I am actively involved in shaping the Go-To-Market Strategy and contributing to product improvement initiatives.

Coordinating Efforts Across Departments:

Marketing: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure our messaging and promotional efforts align with our target audience's needs and expectations.

- Manage Social Media channels and content creation.

Customer Success: Work hand-in-hand with the Customer Success team to gather feedback from customers and communicate it effectively to the product development team. 

Sales: I Lead the Sales team by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and insights to close deals successfully.
- Design KPIs structure and organize Dashboards to analyze data. 
- Identify ideal ICP and generate lists within ICP. 
- Lead Management. From data cleaning to data imports on CRMs.
- Technical Hubspot knowledge.
- I design the sales process and train the team to replicate it using Hubspot as a CRM.
- I generate cold-calling scripts and test them before training the team. YES! I Cold-Call with the team!
- I am a full-cycle sales rep. From cold calling to closing deals.
