🚀Ambassador Program
- 4k+ onboarded Ambassadors to our commission-based program (including gifting + reactivations). 7x+ ROAS.
- 95% of Ambassadors posted for their onboarding campaign, while 65% of them converted.
- 2nd most revenue-driving channel (15% vs 22% Paid Ads according to our PPS)

🗣️Influencer Marketing, UGC & Whitelisting
- Built a paid program to work with Creators who favor the traditional IM pay-per-post model. Budget per month: $50k with 3.2x ROAS.
- Work closely with Paid Media team to commission UGC creators to power our Paid Ads, as well as all Whitelisting & Content Usage rights.

🧪Testing & New Markets
- Started on Instagram only and expanded into Youtube, Tiktok (including Shops!), Pinterest & Blogs.
- Built and tested Amazon Creator Connections campaigns with great results ($500k in revenue in Q4 alone)

🤝Setup & Team Building
- Built all processes and a team from scratch. I was Caraway’s 7th hire!
- Personally hired and trained 5 Associates, and got 3 of them promoted to Managers within their first year.
- I also have a great eye for early talent and other companies agree! Former teammates are really thriving: Marissa is building a wonderful career at Hinge and Mayra is now leading the team at Rosetta Stone.

* Signed up and managed 50+ monthly creators to our Creator Affiliate Program for the K-Culture vertical, helping position it as the highest in engagement and gross income per creator vertical in the company.
* Managed 20+ accounts for in-demand Content Generation for the Anime vertical, as well as organized 30+ monthly special live events in-app, with Content Creators and Users.

Led internal research team of 4 to analyze KPI’s for over 2k past campaigs, informing future promotion ROI targets for the ES (spanish) market.
