Northeastern University - Student Support Initiative

I manage a team of 3 students in a collaborative pace, where our primary focus is on brainstorming, developing, and completing multiple projects for the Student Support Initiative’s social media pages. 
My responsibilities include leading group meetings, overseeing the execution and creative direction of our projects, while motivating my team to achieve our collective goals, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. 
My duties also include the attendance of weekly check-in meetings with the Social Media Supervisor Team to report our progress while receiving feedback and new assigned projects.

Social Media Manager

I oversee a group of over 70 first-year students, ensuring their smooth transition from high school to Northeastern University. My responsibilities include understanding each student's unique needs and effectively guiding them to the appropriate university resources and referrals. Whether it's academic support, extracurricular activities, or administrative help, I take proactive steps to connect them with the right channels, thus facilitating their successful integration into the university environment.

Student Success Guide

My responsibilities include facilitating weekly group meetings, recording details of internal and program-related events for the Student Success Initiative, generating material for the Initiative's social media platforms, and conducting trainings focused on social media development.
