- I managed a team of Registered Dietitians (RDNs), Patient Services supervisors, Diet Control Assistants and Food Service employees in a Level 1 Trauma Center and oversaw entire Food and Nutrition department in absence of Director. 
- I reviewed and revised department policies and procedures, current contracts and upcoming RFPs with preferred vendors and GPO partner (Premier), as well as managed operating budget (~$2 million) for the clinical and patient services division, all to ensure compliance with internal hospital protocols, state and federal agencies (DOH, CMS), as well as The Joint Commission accrediting agency.
- I performed CQI initiatives to assess patient satisfaction and safety as well as clinical productivity, including a revamping of patient tray line schedules that reduced meal transit, Registered Dietitian
clinical proficiencies across all specializations and disease states as well as revamping of Registered Dietitian charts and flowsheets in Epic EHR to include wound care tracking and nursing data to populate within clinical nutrition chart notes.
