🔬 The Practice Lab

The Practice Lab is a cohort-based quarter-long training program for B2B Account Executives ready to develop their sales skills like athletes, performers and musicians do theirs: through deep and deliberate practice. It’s a place to learn new skills and get in your at-bats in preparation for those high-stakes calls your prospects.

We break down the sales cycle from Disco to Close into practicable micro-behaviors, coming together every week for 12 weeks together for facilitated peer-to-peer-practice to grow our awareness, confidence, and skillfulness around the bite-sized but powerful things we can do that have the biggest impact on our sales outcomes, our relationships with our prospects, and how we feel doing our work.

•	Obtain referrals from leads to introduce those referrals to packages and options that may be available from American Income Life
