Establishing Server Standards: Collaborating closely with the Community Manager to define and implement clear rules and regulations for the server, ensuring a structured and orderly environment.

Member Engagement: Actively listening to and engaging with members of the Assassin’s Creed Community, addressing their enquiries, issues, and casual interactions. Providing a responsive and supportive presence within the community.

Concept Art Development: I was responsible for creating concept art for both weaponry and characters within the science fiction battle royale game. This involved translating ideas and concepts into visual representations that captured the essence of the game's theme and style.

Innovative Idea Generation: I actively contributed new and innovative ideas to the creative process, bringing fresh perspectives to the team. I continuously sought ways to enhance the visual aspects of the game and enhance the player experience.

Feedback Incorporation: I collaborated closely with the team to receive and incorporate feedback on my artwork. This iterative process allowed me to refine and improve my designs, ensuring they aligned with the game's vision and direction.

Research and Realism: I conducted thorough research to inform my designs and make them as realistic as possible within the science fiction setting. Content Calendar Management: I was responsible for monitoring the progress and performance of content creation efforts by adhering to a content calendar. This involved strategizing and coordinating the release of three pieces of content per week. The goal was to optimize clicks and views, enhancing engagement and audience interaction.

Event Coverage and Filming: I attended conferences and events to capture B-roll footage and conduct interviews. This content was produced for Health Box and STREAMLY, platforms with a substantial subscriber base of 300 subscribers per day. The aim was to create compelling visual content that resonated with the audience.

Team Collaboration: I collaborated closely with a team of 9+ individuals from the Division of Healthcare and Life Science. Together, we managed the Health Box platform, ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with the overall strategic goals.

Content Idea Generation: I played a crucial role in generating ideas for future content. This included brainstorming concepts for individual episodes or social media posts that would engage viewers and enhance the platform's appeal. I also managed LinkedIn pages with a combined following of over 10K followers.

Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) Design: I was responsible for designing and building Electronic Direct Mail (EDMs) for post-event communications. This involved creating visually appealing and informative materials to distribute information to a substantial audience of 20K+ people.

Mentor's Guild: A Community Leaders Program by Ubisoft, offering tailored resources for community leaders.

Established in 2017 to honor Assassin's Creed community leaders, providing them with valuable resources to express their passion for the brand.

Collaborated with fellow Mentors within the Assassin’s Creed community, contributing graphic design and articles to a community-based digital magazine.

The Mentor’s Guild program concluded in July 2022.

Repository Database Creation: I took the initiative to establish a new repository database, which housed more than 200 design files, images, media assets, and important dates. This centralized and organized repository facilitated efficient access to crucial materials.

Website Content Management: I played a key role in updating, modifying, and maintaining the content on the organization's website. This involved managing various sections, including the Leader's Lounge podcast and ACEL Bookshop pages. Additionally, I handled the backend management of the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure smooth website functionality.

Publication Development: I was responsible for creating monthly web and digital issues of ACEL’s paid publication, "Resources in Action." By utilizing templates and innovative design approaches, I succeeded in increasing reader interest by 50%, contributing to the publication's overall impact.

Audio and Video Content Production: I took charge of editing raw audio and video content to produce final episodes for the weekly Australian Leaders Lounge podcast and video channel, which boasted a subscriber base of 60K+. This involved refining content to maintain a high standard of quality and engagement.

Online Conference Coordination: I collaborated closely with the team to coordinate two online National Conferences: ACEL Online Conference 2021 and the Disability and Inclusion Summit. I contributed to the design of user interfaces and experiences, ensuring that these events were well-organized and provided meaningful experiences for participants.

Content Design and Production: I designed and produced content for various digital platforms, including the web, Electronic Direct Mail (EDMs), and social media. I managed platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, where I oversaw a total following of 25K+ followers.
