• Cultivated transparent, data-driven design management, hiring, and review frameworks with a

• Instrumental in building cross-functional pods, improving collaboration and research to create

• Spearheaded the introduction of the Zume Inc. brand and its product lineup, which encompassed program divisions, guidelines, a website, tracking tools, a design system, marketing materials, and a cohesive design language to integrate Zume’s offerings.

• Directed the rebranding of Zume Pizza’s product platform within 3 months, collaborating with a
team of 5. Enabled expansion from 2 to 14 new markets (a 600% increase) through campaigns that attracted thousands of new and returning customers.
