- Drafted the 2016 - 2019 Regional Partnership Agreement signed between Immigration NZ, Priority One, Tauranga City Council, and Western Bay of Plenty District Council. 
- Influencing and delivering better regional support for the retention of skilled migrants, including seminars to employers. 
- Also responsible for the Waikato region until December 2016, including programme management of the Waikato Regional Labour Market Strategy.
