If you're reading this, you’ve probably already spent 90% of the time you’ll ever have with your family.

I hate that stat.

Some days, I also hate not having a regular job.
I miss my tech sales salary. I miss the stability.

Before I left corporate, I hadn’t been home to see family in 4 years.
Even when I had time off, I took holidays. Not trips home.

So now, as I’m building B Found Capital from anywhere…

Even if I didn’t pay myself last month.
Even when an investor pulls out the day before a client pitch.
Even when I wonder if this will work out.

I feel lucky.

My godmother is in her 70s.
She’s one of my favorite people on earth.
And now I get to just... live life alongside her.
Not squeezing in a visit once a year.
Morning brekkies. Grocery runs.
Nothing Instagram-worthy. But it matters.

This whole journey is messy and sometimes terrifying.
But it gives me back something I often take for granted:
Time.
