Maintenance in the commercial systems with Technologies Ajax, JSON, XML, Spring MVC, Spring Maven, SOAP Web services, JMS and Oracle 10.2.g as database; With this, it was possible to reduce the number of incidents close to zero. 
Management of improvements for all the commercial systems, proposing new solutions based on the new Java technologies; 
Experience working with IT Service Management like changes, incidents and problems.
Working with BMC Remedy. 
Did knowledge transfer for the new team in Recife about the commercial systems. By doing that, it was possible to help the company reduce their costs of production.
