I worked to support the successful use of our website for our customers and our e-commerce team by troubleshooting issues in Magento and Netsuite and looking for strategic recommendations to increase both performance and conversion rate by using tools like Google Analytics 4 and ContentSquare or talking with Fully global stakeholders. 
I provide oversight of the backlog of tickets containing these strategic recommendations in Jira, prioritizing them correctly for short- and long-term success. I also lead internal quality assurance protocols to ensure those new functions of the website operate optimally and as expected. And in the end, I provide high-level training to internal team members around the use of our e-commerce platform, particularly as it relates to complex and/or new features and functionality.

Digital Product Coordinator

As an E-Commerce Associate, I was responsible for putting new products on the websites - 6 storefronts with different languages - and publishing content to inform and engage. 
I handled basic HTML/CSS updates, product builds and maintenance, price changes, CMS pages, and other front-end updates on our Magento website. 
I worked closely with the rest of the marketing department to determine requirements, schedule work time and determine appropriate deadlines. I created and managed website banners & popups in Justuno to inform customers of active sales and helped create customer emails in Rejoiner.
I worked cross-functionally with Systems and Supply Chain Logistics departments to keep the website up-to-date with product specifications, availability and pricing. 
Together with a marketing digital producer, I prioritized my own work schedule, based on the priorities of marketing and the rest of the company.
Furthermore, I helped get the right people to my created landing pages with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

E-commerce Associate

Aptica Belgium

Taking care of the e-commerce branch of Aptica through various platforms: Shopify, bol.com and Amazon. On one side optimizing the owned media by improving the user experience, content marketing and SEO. On the other side, using paid media to capture valuable leads: using Facebook & Instagram ads, SEA and advertising on bol.com and Amazon.
I also helped support the retail stores of Brilconcept with graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign creating social media posts and physical banners.

Digital Marketing Officer

Internship at supernøva, a digital transformation office in Ghent. During 3 months I was actively involved in all digital projects and I was appointed project lead on 1 specific client. As a project manager, I was responsible for the execution of the strategy, the quality of the project and following up on budgets and deadlines. I have seen and learned many aspects of digital marketing; (1) web building in WordPress with GDPR plug-ins and Tag management, (2) data recruitment campaigning with advanced use of excel functions, (3) audience activations via Linkedin, Google Ads & retargeting, Youtube, Facebook and Instagram, (4) email marketing in Mailchimp and Flexmail and much more.
