With over 20 years of experience in quality management and improvement, I am a Consulting Engineer-Quality at Northrop Grumman Mission Assurance, where I lead teams to achieve excellence in quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. I am a GE Master Black Belt, an ASQ MBB Trainer and Ph.D. holder (Texas A&M University). My core competencies include manufacturing process improvement, Six Sigma, problem solving, data analysis, and coaching. I have successfully spearheaded business transformations and operational improvements across multiple markets and industries, including electronics and electromechanical assembly, automotive and consumer products I have also developed and delivered training programs for various quality improvement methodologies and tools, and coached problem solvers ranging from Executives to the Shop Floor. I hold three patents related to roofing materials, have published several papers in peer-reviewed journals and testified to a Congressional Subcommittee.
