Built and spearheaded the implementation of a data-driven Talent Acquisition strategy for a hypergrowth Fintech startup, encompassing the establishment of global processes, performance metrics, process optimization, technology integration and implementation of data & reporting. 🔸Developed and launched a comprehensive data-centric talent acquisition roadmap, focusing on six key areas: Business Alignment; Talent Attraction; Candidate Experience; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging; Technology; and Retention.
🔸Hired 612 people in the first 18 months, including those serving four previously nonexistent markets (including addressing local payrolling solutions). 
🔸Built and maintained comprehensive dashboards and recruitment metrics for reporting and real-time performance management (Monday.com, Looker).
🔸Implemented Hiring Manager and Candidate Experience Net Promoter scores (Starred), increasing aggregate score from overall negative in FY'21 to +37 in FY'23 (on-site interview to offer experience).
🔸Developed and implemented a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy, increasing collaboration and buy-in from key stakeholders and a 54% increase in Talent NPS year-over-year. 
🔸Exceeded FY22 KPIs: 38 days-to-fill (target at 45); technology 7-16; Candidate Experience NPS survey at 77 (target at 67); Hiring Manager NPS survey at 83 (target at 75).
