I am accountable for Stashbee’s B2B & B2C revenue targets, developing a deep understanding of our sales cycles to support continued growth. Continuously design and conduct experiments with my team to increase conversion rates by identifying improvements for the sales process, user experience and technology platforms. Work closely with the Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure the right sales opportunities are provided and KPIs are met.

- Developed and executed the B2B sales process to focus on acquiring high value SME Hosts and Guests.
- Implemented and coached team members around new sales strategy which increased conversion by 25%
