Provided consultative leadership to 40 professionals in supporting key programs, such as the Saudi Health Insurance Bus (SHIB) and Saudi eHealth Exchange (SEHE). Successfully laid the foundation for the Saudi Health Information Exchange (HIE) and positioned for eventual evolution into the largest HIE in the world as part of the “Vision 2030 Saudi Health Platform.” Orchestrated high-performance team dynamics to facilitate architecture, infrastructure, change management, PMO, and value engineering to meet all deliverables

Orchestrated and built out tech-enabled services and generate new revenue through health systems and publicly seeded HIT startups. Promoted after one year as VP/HIE Strategist at Medicity to create and lead a 40+-person team in providing a wide range of services, including advisory clinical consulting, outreach, client experience, and technical project delivery. Personally formed and deployed a healthcare advisory services consulting business unit from scratch, while adding new staff to a total of more than 40 professionals and securing $9M+ in new revenue – earned the “Most Improved Vendor” award in 2016 from industry leader, KLAS. Co-designed and facilitated new, high-value products and advisory services that provided full-scale HIE solutions via Beta programs, yielding greater than 1,000% adoption and ongoing usage.

CHRISTUS Health

Oversaw New Technology, Delivery, and Infrastructure with up to 150 staff, focusing on deploying and aligning infrastructure and applications with organizational, clinical, and business goals. Promoted after initially managing a 24/7 Network Operations Center in supporting more than 300 facilities across seven US states and Mexico. Collaborated closely with marketing teams to organize and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that included a new customer website and interactive Intranet platform, providing “one-click” access, multilevel search capabilities, and social networking for 30,000 employees. Transitioned an obsolete Enterprise Service Desk application to the Cloud, migrating from on-premises HP to SaaS-based ServiceNow ITSM and increasing scalability, user count, automated processes, and 20% TCO for the entire company.
