Like most people my career has evolved as its progressed. I took a couple detours, but have finally landed in my sweet spot. I needed time and experience to learn about myself and what gets me excited to get out of bed each morning - not just parts of the job, but all of it. I've always known I was a helper and that it wasn't going to get me anywhere in large bureaucratic companies. I wanted to affect change in nimbler, merit-based environments. I grew up in an entrepreneurial family where extra spending money had to be earned, worked in the family business doing marketing and have now coached over 600 entrepreneurs.
