I have over ten years' experience in communications and PR roles across a range of organisations, from a small charity to mid-size PR agencies to large public sector bodies. In particular, I have experience of the following; - Writing press releases, thought leadership articles and other copy - Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - Selling-in to local, regional, national and trade media - Responding to media enquiries - Crisis communications - Devising and implementing Communications Plans across a range of media - Managing websites and social media channels - Account management and client servicing, both in agency and in-house roles. As part of this, the building and maintenance of productive relationships with both media contacts and partner organisations has also been paramount. Through my previous roles, I have experience working with public sector bodies, charitable organisations and businesses, and this means that I can offer a wide range of skills and knowledge to an employer.
