I'm a marketer who went to school for Marketing. Does that make me a better Marketer than others who didn't? Absolutely not. But what does make me a great marketer, and leader, is my inability to settle for "good enough". With nearly a decade of experience as a professional marketer, building close and integrated relationships with Sales organizations to deliver on business goals and pipeline is my forté. Whether it is building an email/landing page/content experience testing framework, or envisioning 10 different ways to run reports to see all angles of how programs are performing...I'm always finding ways to optimize. As for managing a team, I have been characterized as leading with "kindness, empathy, and being a true mentor". Those feel good; I'm proud of them. What that has resulted in? Continuous, record-setting ARR months/quarters for the programs that my team drives, specifically around email programs and Direct Mail. The mindset that I bring to all of my work is characterized by 2 words: sustainable growth. How do we get there, and what are the incremental steps we can take to scale any program consistently? Onward and upward! Over the past decade as a professional, my skills have built up into an extremely well-rounded tool belt: Email Marketing (Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot), Webinar management, Direct Mail, Social Media marketing, Project/Program Management (Asana, Trello), Product Marketing, Content Marketing/Strategy, Persona Development, Digital Marketing (Web, SEO, Programmatic, etc.), Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Event Marketing, PR/Communications, Videography, Media Editing, and more. I've been very fortunate to work alongside executive leadership at relatively early stages of my career, and the vast experience I have in almost every aspect of marketing provides unique perspective, ideas, and execution. I never want to stop learning, teaching, and improving, and I am always open to new challenges to help myself grow as an individual in the pursuit of a great career! Now, I'm a marketer by profession, but it's not entirely "who I am". I am also a professional photographer and videographer, traveling the world and US extensively to capture the most beautiful landscapes I can find, and film docu-style vignettes that tell a deeper, intimate story of the people and places that I experience.
