I assist doctor's office and hospitals with issues regarding the filing of their claims. There can be any issue stemming from a claim not paying towards the correct section of a provider's contract or the provider filing their claim incorrectly and a verbal adjustment is needed.

I assisted employees of the company as well as our parent companies with their 401k, pension, health benefits and payroll questions. I also assisted Human Resources representatives with issues relating to our Taleo hiring program.

I am a talented professional in the healthcare industry that specializes in medical management systems, reporting, and operations oversight. I currently work supporting our Care Management operations and support. In this role I oversee reporting metrics, KPIs, and identification of opportunities for efficiencies within the department.

When I am not at work I enjoy cooking a new recipe, reading a good book, and indulging my love of trying take-out from new restaurants.
