As the Director of Operations for the men's lacrosse team, I provided strategic direction and leadership to Towson men's lacrosse team/staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight of annual budget, fundraising efforts, game day operations, recruit visits, monitoring student athletes and planning in-season travel logistics, coordinating off-season participation in camps and clinics, and supervision of student managers. Liaison between coaching staff and external partners, affiliates and various departments across the university.

As the Athletic Director, I oversaw a robust athletics program comprised of 35 multi-sport teams and 50+ personnel, including coaches and support staff. Responsible for scheduling 300+ athletic contests across three seasons per academic calendar year. Developed and controlled annual budget, and partnered with development office for fundraising efforts and donor relations.  Designated head coach for men's lacrosse.

Scheduled and coordinated campus tours, overnight visits, interviews and open houses for prospective students.
