Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA)

- Managing specification writers, CAD technicians and consultants to develop and maintain all technical records, criteria, specifications and standard drawings for the facilities and systems controlled by WMATA.
- Preparing guide and standard specifications and coordinating these specifications with internal departments and external agencies to ensure that they meet jurisdictional requirements and WMATA policy.
- Manages the development and maintenance of all design drawings, standard drawings, As-Built and As-Is drawings in accordance with the CAD and BIM Manuals.
- Archives the As-Built drawings which are delivered at the end of each project and maintains the As-Is condition of these drawings as facilities and systems maintenance effect changes to the As-Built condition. 
- Manages the storage of all contract documents in a manner that is traceable, easily retrievable and available to all authorized staff.
- Reviews specifications, drawings and other technical documents for conformance with published manuals and procedures and recommends acceptance for storage in the WMATA repository.
- Managing the development of the Design Criteria to ensure it meets WMATA's architectural and engineering standards.
- Administration of multiple service contracts ranging from staff augmentation to equipment servicing.

Document Configuration Manager

- Worked with A/E/C consultants and internal departments to develop templates for General Provisions and General Requirements sections of the specifications for Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build Project Delivery contracts
- Developed the structure for standard specifications and assisting technical staff in preparing the specifications in CSI format
- Updated and maintaining the Authority's Design Criteria, Specifications (including General Provisions and General Conditions), and CAD Manual
- CAD Manager (updating CAD Manual to reflect the needs of all disciplines, maintaining and establishing CAD standards, managing 50 Autodesk licences)
- Developing and implementing BIM standards throughout the Authority
