•  Create and sustain strong business relationships with key PAS OEM customers, as well as monitor customer service or performance issue concerns.  

•  Proactively follow-up on all customer service or performance concerns, identify root cause(s), implement countermeasures, and communicate countermeasures/resolution to the customer.

•  Position PAS as a strategic solution provider for all finished vehicle logistics OEM projects.  

•  Represent PAS at strategic industry events in order to enhance PAS brand perception.

•  Manage strategic relationships with key Port Authorities, Federal, State, and local governmental 
agencies critical to PAS operations.

•  Manage contractual agreements with PAS Customers, including pricing and rate analysis. 

•  Champion and act as executive sponsor for strategic initiatives to enhance major systems, kaizen business processes, and provide leadership development to PAS team members.

•	Pasha Automotive Services Divisional Controller - Provide financial reporting and key metrics analysis for billing and AR integrity and profitability by customer and department. 

•	Develop, track and analyze key performance metrics to assist with executive-level decision-making.  Leverage, automate and improve existing BI tools.

•	Lead projects and analytics for a wide range of business initiatives, including business, financial, process improvements, and strategic and operational planning.

•	Manage all governmental relations and interaction with municipal, county, federal, and port government agencies related to Pasha Automotive Services operations nationwide.

•	Implement and lead an enterprise wide associate development coaching and mentoring program to ensure a consistent talent pipeline to support future company growth.

Vice President Planning, Analysis, and Development

Responsible for leadership and direction of a diverse Multi-disciplinary team whose responsibilities include:

•	Partnering with the TLS Rail, Truck, and Marine teams and lead complex analysis and modeling of the TLS logistics supply chain network in order to optimize logistics performance and minimize cost. 

•	Support and facilitate communication of strategic information across the Toyota enterprise, including facilitating KPI & Kaizen information sharing, improved financial transparency to Executives, and leveraging strategic logistics partners to support Toyota’s objectives. 

•	Manage content and coordination of TLS Board of Directors Meetings, and the annual TLS Logistics Partners Meeting event.  Point of contact for logistics industry press inquiries.

•	Manage business processes for the Toyota Transportation Management System (Oracle Transportation Manager), including logistics network optimization processes to ensure that TLS gains the maximum advantage from TTMS.

•	Direct the TLS Business Controls group, responsible for reviewing approx. $1.6B in freight payments annually.

•	Perform special Executive assignments requiring complex analytic, financial, communications, contract negotiation, or business process expertise. Examples include port lease negotiations, 3PL contracts, and leading major event (earthquake/tsunami) response teams.

National Manager - Strategic Planning, Network Optimization, and Bus Cntl - Toyota Logistics Service

Responsible for management of all marine logistics transportation for all inbound CBU Japan vehicles (approx. 1.2M units annually), as well as all outbound NAP Export vehicles (approx 30K units annually).  Specific activities included all ongoing support, schedule coordination and negotiations with TMC Vehicle Logistics Division (VLD) and the steamship companies to help ensure on-time arrival, and smooth discharge processing. 

•	NAP Export Kaizen Team – Initiated a cross organizational team to ensures enterprise alignment to resolve the challenges related to rapidly increasing NAP export volume.  

•	ILWU Contingency Planning Team – Initiated a team to collaborate with our VDCs, marine carriers, and TMC VLD to create a contingency plan, and decision timeline in the event of any labor disruption which could impact port or vessel discharge operations.

•	Long Beach Marine Environmental Task Force – Created a task force of VDC Management and each of our import marine carriers to define a path to environmental compliance in order to facilitate the renewal of Toyota’s lease for the Long Beach VDC facility.

National Manager - Marine Logistics & Export - Toyota Logistics Services

Responsible for business analysis and design for all TLS Application Systems.  Specific activities included all ongoing support, and systems planning for both projects and enhancements to all TLS Vehicle Logistics systems supporting Toyota, Lexus and Scion including:

•	Toyota Transportation Management System (TTMS) – Responsible for the evaluation, selection and business implementation of the new Oracle Transportation Management software. 
 
•	NVS – National Vehicle System – TLS processing, vehicle accounting, Vehicle accounting, Export, Toyota de Puerto Rico, Toyota de Mexico

•	NPPS – National Port Processing Systems – Port operations, rail, truck, vessel and plant marshalling yard logistics.

National Manager - Business Systems - Toyota Logistics Services

Responsible for the management and development of all Automotive Application Systems.
(12 managers, 18 professional staff, 120 on-site contractors)  Specific activities included all ongoing support, maintenance and enhancements to all Vehicle systems supporting Toyota, Lexus and Scion including:

•	NVS – National Vehicle System – Vehicle Allocation, Sales Reporting, Logistics, Vehicle accounting, Export, Toyota de Puerto Rico, Toyota de Mexico 

•	NPPS – National Production Processing Systems – Port operations, rail, truck, vessel and plant marshalling yard logistics.

•	DPMS – Dealer Pipeline Management System – Vehicle production order administration, order change, and vehicle reassignment system.

•	TOMS – Toyota Order Management System – Production ordering system for all Toyota, Lexus and Scion Vehicles

•	Mexico Launch IT program management – All systems development and IT budget

•	Scion Launch IT program management – All systems and IT budget

•	IT Budget Management – Manage approx. $20M annually in IT budget (12% of total Toyota IT budget).
