2. Verifying the data in each file is accurate and up to date.
3. Preparing the files for scanning (i.e. removing pins and arranging the documents in the file in a traceable order). 
4. Proceeding with the scanning and saving of the employees' data into a digital file.
5. Preparing a report on any missing data as early as noticed.
6. Preparing power-point slides to demonstrate the entire process for training incoming staff.
7. Re-filing the documents into their respective files and sending them back to the warehouse for storage.
