• Scoped and prioritized activities based on business and customer impact and provide hands-on leadership, methodology, structure, and information necessary to coordinate decision-making and development critically. 
• Delivered engaging pieces of training on effective selling tactics, best practices, SaaS, and how to respond to rebuttals that resulted in lasting improvements and exceeded sales targets, e.g., highest grossing three months in a 4-year history. 
• Managed a team of 7 direct reports through continuous change, championed broader thinking, and created a transparent environment of open communication and clear expectations.

Director, Business Development

In my previous role as Director-Major Accounts, I: 

• Developed and managed a high-performance team of Client Success Managers to establish and nourish relationships, and drive company revenue, sales, and SaaS engagement while preventing churn.
• Performed various daily tasks, including tracking, submitting opportunities, preparing notes, reviewing notes, etc. 
• Provided ongoing training and mentorship to junior staff by having in-depth industry knowledge, an understanding of the company landscape, and a drive for improving the overall customer service experience.

• Drove the cross-selling of additional products and services through relationship-building and developed a thorough understanding of customer business needs through the SaaS platform.
• Developed and maintained relationships with customers and community members in order to establish long-term business growth. Increased profitability by creating pipelines by leveraging successful marketing and sales strategies.
• Worked closely, cross-functionally, and efficiently with headquarters, regional and other teams nationally in order to maintain consistent message and experience.
• Significantly increased sales volume by expanding product line to new retailers, including warehouse clubs and natural food chains amongst others.
• Partnered with upper management to implement continuous improvements and exceed team goals. Closely monitored team performance analyzed KPI data and reported information to area managers.

• Served as the company leader in reducing and eliminating churn; Established and nurtured strong long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers inside dealerships. 
• Learned each dealership’s goal and aided in driving the TRUECar platform, tools, and products to help each dealer achieve their goal while showing strong ROI on monthly visits.
• Successfully serviced, upheld, and increased revenue for 75 rooftop books of business, and efficiently planned and implemented client development strategies.

In my previous role as Senior Automotive Consultant/Manager, I:

• Developed and implemented a novel and alternative way for Credit Union members to purchase a vehicle. Managed all aspects of the car buying process from the sale, delivery, F&I, and contracting.
• Built and promoted strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Broke F&I revenue record annually and was the Three-time Presidents Club winner (2012, 2013, 2014). 
• Quickly promoted to Sales Manager in 2012 and recorded a 35% YOY increase in increased unit performance and set multiple company records for units sold (December 2013 and January 2014).
