I am responsible for the performance (Production and Quality) and continued improvement (Monthly goals and Benchmarking) of 20-25 FTEs through their responses to received customers' emails/written letters.  This includes developing text for commonly asked questions via customers to improve productivity and ensure consistency between employees.  Also responsible for hiring, terminating, scheduling, and approving of PTO requests.

Customer Communications Supervisor

I gathered, researched and reported trends in received customer complaints.  On a monthly basis, I would present these discovered trends through Powerpoint presentations displaying both monthly and historical trends to the business areas through who had received them.  Furthermore, to conclude my monthly presentations, I would offer my recommendations to the business areas for an action plan to prevent them from occurring moving forward.

While interning, I got an opportunity to observe first hand how a production environment is supposed to work.  I was exposed to Lean Six Sigma and its various methods from increasing production and efficiency while decreasing cost.
