Preside over the property's Casino Cage operation with final authority on purchasing, scheduling, personnel, policy. and procedural decisions. Assign and distribute casino credit with strict governance to ICS and GCB compliance statutes.  Spearhead casino collections efforts to minimize loss. Work closely with department head's projects and initiatives to ensure cohesiveness and property synergy. Enact new ideas and processes to improve department efficiency and moral. Exceed department goals while maintaining strict adherence to budgeting and monthly P&L reporting.

Collaborate with the Cage Director to determine scheduling, attendance, AML and other cage cashier objectives while facilitating day to day requirements. Review and assess weekly guest survey scores quality and respond with the consumer. Conduct high end transactions with credit line players. Integrate Title 31, BSA and AML requirements.  Assist in the verification and approval of guests casino credit lines based on credit / marketing host and casino play qualifications.

Assisted high end clientele in all financial transactions including incoming and outgoing wire transfers, third party fund transfers, check approvals, credit card cash advances, cash and gaming instrument deposits and withdrawals, and any other guest financial inquires. Helped disseminate and implement company policy, team building, training, and daily team seminars used to increase employee knowledge and productivity. Supervised team of 140+ employees, maintaining scheduling, fund balancing, and record keeping of necessary internal coaching or disciplinary measures taken. Maintained balance of bank funds ranging from 300K to 10 million in cash, gaming chips, casino markers and deposits.  Trained new employees on all front window and internal policies and procedures.  Maintained positive and upbeat attitude, with emphasis on friendly guest service and rapport to internal and external clientele. Assisted management in any duties and tasks requested.
