As a Senior Partner Manager, I help build strong relationships with category-leading partners to increase usage through new and improved integrations, drive activations through embedded app experiences, and grow discovery through meaningful marketing activities to enable users to automate their workflow.

JotForm is an online forms platform that helps customers across all roles and industries collect data without writing a single line of code. Used by more than 8 million users worldwide, JotForm is a B2B SaaS productivity tool that helps people, teams, and companies automate data collection and streamline processes. 

At JotForm I was responsible for developing strategic relationships with SaaS Companies that share our vision of delivering better customer experiences and extending the functionality of their technology around collecting data.  

- Managed relationships with 100+ technology app partners with a focus on key strategic partners acting as the primary point of contact for partners to ensure partner support. 
- Collaborated with partners on the creation of joint marketing materials such as customer stories, blogs, feature swaps, campaigns for generating MQLs, webinars, and social promotion. 
- Analyzed current integration growth and campaigns for key partnership activities to meet KPIs. 
- Drove new partner integrations and product improvements from start to finish working cross-functionally with product, growth, and marketing teams. A good technical understanding of software integrations. 
- Launched a Solutions Partner Program to enable agencies and consultants to resell JotForm as a solution to their clients and drive new revenue.

Partnerships Manager

AVer USA

AVer is an EdTech company specializing in solutions to help students learn better and enable personalized learning. 

While there I managed channel partnerships for the education segment of the company, working directly with the president, design team, and sales to align marketing objectives. I promoted our brand with channel partners to grow business and identify key areas of opportunity.

- Strengthened and built partner relationships through supported channel marketing to promote new product launches and retailer partnerships with sales enablement tools, email campaigns, and events.
- Managed $2M+ marketing budget to ensure we were not exceeding marketing spend internally and through co-op/ MDF with top channel partners, and collaborated with partners on marketing strategies to grow business and incentivize sales teams.  
- Established a strong social media presence to amplify branding and grew social channels 30%. 
- Developed optimized content for the website, including case studies, site copy, infographics, brochures, press releases, product datasheets, and promotional messages to build awareness and demand. 
- Oversaw 6+ successful product launches including end-to-end project management to ensure deadlines were met and the development of core content to support launch objectives. 
- Owned company website and all website content. Analyzed web traffic using Google Analytics to improve user experience, conversion rate, and web performance.
-  Oversaw and implemented the creative production of all collaterals, content creation, product launches, trade shows, and social media strategy. 
- Organized all logistics for trade shows nationwide, created booth design for branding, and product demos.

Brown & Riding Insurance Services is one of the largest wholesale insurance brokerages that helps clients manage risk.  

I worked in sales enablement to evaluate insurance contracts and build company relationships by acting as the liaison between the client and insurance carriers and educated clients on insurance options by researching the client’s business issues and needs to offer appropriate solutions. Consulted with clients after sales and contract signings to resolve problems and provide support. 

- Charged with creating training programs and conducting webinars in training new employees along with overseeing workload, performance reviews, and continued training.
- Worked with top carriers to build relationships and align business objectives.

Insurance Sales Specialist

As a Senior Product Partner Manager at Zapier, I help build strong relationships with category-leading partners to increase usage, drive activations, and grow discovery through new and improved integrations, embedded app experiences, and meaningful marketing activities.

I believe beneficial partnerships happen through relationship building and when motivations are aligned to create a win-win-win scenario. I am genuinely passionate about establishing and growing successful, lasting partner relationships. I enjoy what I do and am always eager to learn and grow in my field. Outside of strategic partnerships, I am a fitness junkie who loves to travel and explore new countries and cultures. I also love dogs and coffee.
