With over 12 years of experience advising executives, leaders and teams, fostering growth and innovation, and implementing learning and education programs, my career has taken the scenic route and I wouldn't have it any other way. For the past 7 years I've called the healthcare industry home, where I am a strategic leader, innovator, and educator who is passionate about creating positive impact on the human experience. I have a diverse background as an attorney, investigator, executive, and consultant, with certifications in emotional intelligence, mental health first aid, and human resources. As the Vice President, Workforce & Community Education at Northwell Health, New York's largest health care provider and private employer, I collaborate with the Chief Learning & Innovation Officer and partner with clinical and administrative leadership to drive the strategic growth of key education, innovation, workforce readiness, and community programs across the health system. I also lead Northwell's partnership with the Office of the Chancellor of New York City Public Schools to plan and build a healthcare talent pipeline with a pathway to economic security. Most recently, I collaboratively led Northwell's successful response and presentation to the Bloomberg Philanthropies Healthcare Education Initiative RFP, resulting in securing a multi-million dollar grant for the establishment of a groundbreaking Healthcare Career High School, in collaboration with NYC Public Schools & The Fund For Public Schools. Additionally, I am the creator and host of Why I Left, a podcast that chronicles real stories from real people about why they left their jobs, and shares insights from the lessons they learned.
