With experience advising executives, leaders and teams, fostering growth and innovation, and implementing learning and education programs, my career has taken the scenic route and I wouldn't have it any other way. Since 2016, I've called the healthcare industry home, where I am a strategic advisor, innovator, and educator who is passionate about creating positive impact on the human experience. I have a diverse background as an employment attorney, investigator, HR professional, healthcare executive, and consultant. As the Vice President, Workforce & Community Education at Northwell Health, New York's largest healthcare provider and private employer, I collaborate with the Chief Learning & Innovation Officer and partner with clinical and administrative leadership to drive the strategic growth of key education and innovation programs across the health system. I also lead Northwell's partnership with the Office of Student Pathways at New York City Public Schools to plan and build a healthcare talent pipeline with a pathway to economic security. Most recently, I collaboratively led Northwell's efforts to secure a multi-million dollar grant from Bloomberg Philanthropies to establish the Northwell School of Health Sciences, a first-of-its-kind healthcare career high school, in collaboration with NYC Public Schools. Additionally, I am the creator and host of Why I Left, a podcast that chronicles real stories from real people about why they left their jobs and insights from the lessons they learned.
