- Created content about development finance for educational and marketing purposes on the company website and LinkedIn. Developed content writing skills and an understanding of various development financing methods.

- Responsible for daily customer success and support inquiries. Conducted training sessions with manager & director-level customers. Gained client-facing exposure in this role. Managed and processed administrative work on CRM and billing software and applications.

- Responsible for managing the Information Security Management System, worked with Hicomply to create ISO27001:2013 compliant documents and processes, gained knowledge on SaaS information security requirements and experience in project management.

Real Estate PropTech

- Data cleaning CRM by analysing existing database and researching supplementary information, gained experience in managing and organising a CRM, learnt about various company segments and their roles within the industry

- Created video content with PropTech founders, industry leaders and developers (from Aprao, CBRE Strategic Advisory, C-Link, Proptech BNE, REalyse, VU.CITY, Willow, YardNine). Gained insights into the trends and direction that the industry is moving towards.

Intern

Clinical Health Psychology Research Laboratory, HKU

-	Collected data from more than 50 experiment participants, carried out sleep experiment procedures overnight
-	Analysed data of medication for coding and translated treatment manuals to Chinese, developed a strong attention to detail

-	Provided outreach services to female sex workers, connected individuals to physical and mental health resources, understood relationship building
-	Assisted administrative work and produced publication materials at the drop-in centre

Social Work

💻 My main interests are in technology, place-making and entrepreneurship. Working at Aprao (Financial modelling SaaS), Vita Group (PBSA Leader) and 5D AI (all-in-one Real Estate AI) have allowed me to gain industry exposure and start-up experience, which inspired me to pursue a career focused on innovation and efficiency.

🏙️ Grew up in Hong Kong, graduated with a BSc in Psychology at the University of Hong Kong, an MSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading, and currently reside in Manchester.
