Responsibilities included setting strategic vision for the business, executing the profitable growth strategy through advisory services, defining the sales structure and process, implementing process improvement initiatives through AI and Machine Learning, advancing an innovation function and driving strategic technology partnerships that support the long-term strategy of the business. Transitioned the team to strategic business advisors by driving change in staff recruitment, training and development. Achieved a 530+ basis point YoY EBITDA increase.

ORC International

Guided a client service team of 75 business intelligence consultants across multiple geographic locations in the U.S. representing $45 million in annual revenue. Responsibilities included setting strategic direction for the team, managing the P&L, developing the staff and growing strategic client partnerships through business intelligence delivery across four research solution areas. Served on the Global Executive Leadership team. Grew sales for five strategic partners by a cumulative $4.6M in 2016 and added five new strategic accounts in 2016 with cumulative sales of $2.1M.

Recruited by previous CEO to lead a research staff of 60 business intelligence consultants across the Midwest/West regions, representing $40M in annual revenue focused on strategic business intelligence programs including product innovation, brand tracking, employee experience and customer experience initiatives for clients expanding their on-premise footprint in Retail, Banking, QSR and Technology sectors. Oversaw the onboarding and integration of a $35M market research firm acquired by private equity ownership group.

Ipsos Marketing US

Managed a team in the business strategy division of Ipsos Marketing which focuses on understanding consumers, shoppers and markets to drive business growth across numerous verticals. Served on Ipsos North America’s Divisional Management Committee, the Global Executive Leadership Team and Training Task Force team responsible for the development of training plans for all research levels and all Ipsos entities in North America. Responsibilities included team and P&L management for $12M in annual revenue, developing client partnerships and assisting clients to allocate marketing dollars for the best return on investment and developed winning strategies at the point of sale.  Grew new logo sales by 25%+.

Executive Vice President - General Manager

Ipsos MediaCT

Oversaw U.S. Services includes Technology, Telecommunications, Retail, Financial Services and Medical Device sectors. U.S. Services business included revenue of $15 million - $21 million and a staff of over 50 researchers. Oversaw 200+ projects and programs annually that included concept evaluation, product/service optimization, segmentation, brand tracking, and path-to-purchase initiatives. Responsibilities included building U.S. Services business through acquisition and integration efforts.

Ipsos in North America

Led Technology and Telecom team of 30 researchers across four geographic locations and $13M - $18M in annual revenue. Oversaw up to 200+ projects and programs annually that included concept evaluation, product/service optimization, segmentation, brand tracking, and path-to-purchase initiatives.  Responsibilities included building U.S. Services business through acquisition and integration efforts. Launched Ipsos-Reid’s $1M+ annual global syndicated study regarding Internet adoption and trends in thirty countries entitled The Face of the Web. Responsibilities included leadership over the entire syndicated program.  Led sales effort to over 30 clients in first year.

Recruited to establish the Telecommunications and Information Technology Division as one of the founding U.S. team members of the Angus Reid Group (acquired by Ipsos) in the U.S. Grew the practice to $3M in revenue. Led research partnerships with the major telecom providers as they monetized their services for digital spectrum and large technology firms as they looked to expand their hardware and software products.
