I am in direct contact with our clients and serve as the main point of contact in relation to our services. I am also responsible for creating and distributing monthly reports to each of our clients to help them improve their abilities and the quality of our work. 

I am responsible for overseeing the design and social media position in our company. I provide guidance, design critique, and social media strategies to improve their abilities and the quality of our work.

I implement the content marketing strategies for all clients across social media, their blog, email campaigns, and influencer outreach. I also oversaw seo optimization and best practices for all client sites and content.

I also do all graphic design and visual work for Charm House as well as our clients. My thoughts on content marketing frequently appear on our company blog.

The brand: Color Wow.

Their achievement: Selling to L’Oréal for a valuation close to $1 billion.

Here’s what our team found in Color Wow’s operations that helped them reach their ultimate goal (and you can apply these to your own brand):

↳ Campaign cadence at scale: Most brands cap out at 8–12 campaigns a month. Color Wow is running 4x that. They sequence by segment and rotate proof, promos, and education so it feels fresh even at high volume.

↳ SMS-first acquisition: This took me by surprise. Their pop-up doesn’t ask for email at all. Just phone. My read: they’ve run the numbers and found SMS subs outspend email-first leads. They capture email later, but SMS is the front door.

↳ Promotions are their go-to: About 70% of sends are promo. This doesn’t work for every brand, but Color Wow offsets this with strong angles, before/afters, collabs, and heavy social proof.

↳ Positioning is their core: Even in high-frequency sends, the original mission (solving color-treated hair pain points) is still there. Color Wow knew by the numbers what shoppers responded to and tested from there.

Honestly, Color Wow has one of the more unique strategies our team has ever studied.
